The Liu Foundation is a 501(c)3 private operating foundation established in 2019 by Silicon Valley semiconductor veteran Joe and his wife Emmy with the goal of giving back to society.

Chronic diseases are continuous conditions that have detrimental impacts on a person’s health and can lead to death if left untreated. In the United States, chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and asthma is the number one cause of death and disability.

Harvard School of Public Health and Stanford Center on Longevity’s evidence-based research proved that practicing all lifestyle habits can prevent chronic diseases.
In addition to preventing chronic diseases, incorporating all 10 evidence-based habits into your daily routine improves your quality of life, increases your longevity, and eliminates your bad habits.
